Hayley and Nat – the full story – engagement portraits Brisbane



I posted a quick sneak peak of Hayley and Nat’s photos last week, but now things are a bit calmer than they were then (we were literally rushing off to shoot a wedding when I posted those), it’s time for a proper post about it.

Hayley and Nat were having their engagement party bash at Limes Hotel and asked us to come along and take photos of the party, their family and friends. We said sure thing, but how about a quick engagement portrait shoot beforehand? They loved idea.

It had been a horrible rainy day with dark skies, so we set out early to check out the area to make sure we could find some nice portrait locations around the hotel where we could do a few quick different shots if it turned out we had to run from a storm. We stumbled across this awesome little alleyway (yep, all these shots are in one alley!) and it exactly what we needed. Lucky for everyone the rain held off just long enough for us to get these photos, and we all had heaps of fun doing it!

    Love them. Just gorgeous. Love it when you find a location in a pinch and it offers so much. They look really happy. Well done!
